By using the Lamah website and app (the "Service") at lamh.live, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Lamah is an interactive live-stream games platform. It lets streamers run games with their audience through chat commands on platforms such as Kick, TikTok, and Twitch, and includes a store, in-platform coins, and user accounts.
3. Accounts and sign-in
You may sign in through third-party providers (such as Kick or TikTok) or email. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping it secure. Do not use the Service to impersonate others or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including cheating, harassment, illegal content, or attempts to compromise our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Coins and in-platform purchases
Coins and store items are virtual and are not real money that can be withdrawn, unless a separate policy says otherwise. Prices and availability may change.
6. Third-party services
The Service may rely on external platforms (Kick, TikTok, and others). Those platforms' terms and privacy policies also apply when you connect your account to them. TikTok Login is used only to authenticate you and obtain basic profile information you authorize.

The Service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
